New Years Resolutions

ResolutionsDid you write down your 2015  New Years Resolutions? I had the members of my writing class write them last January. Next Monday, we will review them. I read mine and will revive those I didn’t complete during 2015 plus add new ones.

I like to have a mixture of goals that are easy and hard to accomplish. This year two that take time didn’t get done. One was to publish my second anthology about choices. I have entries, some are edited, some are not.  I plan to work on one story a week in 2016 so it will be published by the end of the year.

The other was to publish Hada’s Fog, which I’m blogging scenes twice a week with two thirds left. I’m encouraged that I took the big step to get the novel “out there.” After the last chapter is posted, I’ll have an independent editor go over it and then make it an eBook. It’s a doable goal for 2016.

How did you do with your 2015 goals?

  1. Since you posted this December 2015 shouldn’t it read 2016 New Years Resolution?

    • Hi Sandi,
Thank you for commenting on my post. Actually I was talking about looking back at our 2015 goals to see if how we did with them. Now that it’s the end of the year, and before we make our new 2016 resolutions, I usually look back to assess what’s best in going forward. Julaina
